Ophrys heterochila (Ophrys with a different labellum):
The name might raise a smile — a kind of catch-all category? Unfortunately, that’s somewhat the case: the labellum ranges from white to dark lilac-pink. Sepals are usually reflexed backwards, but not always. The swellings (gibbosities) are more or less pointed and hairy. The labellum is rather stocky, with a partial macular pattern. Isolated individuals have been observed mainly on Mount Profitis Ilias, in woodland undergrowth.
