Ophrys attaviria (Attavyros Ophrys): A medium-sized pseudophrys. In Rhodes, the flowering is quite late, starting from mid-April when nearly all other pseudophryses have already faded. This helps to clarify any doubts about identification. It can be distinguished in the images taken in mid-April, where only the flowers at the bottom of the spike are open. The species is not commonly found, but it can be relatively abundant in local populations. It is found in coniferous undergrowth alongside Ophrys reinholdii.
