Ophrys mammosa (Breasted ophrys): The only representative of the O sphegodes group on the island. A medium to tall plant found in small populations or as isolated individuals. Petals and sepals are very variably colored: green, yellow, orange, pink, and often multicolored. A bright blue spot is sometimes surrounded by a white line. Marked protuberances give it its name. Observed in various biotopes and in all light exposures.
